Mike A. Mammarelli
Mike A. Mammarelli is Co-Founder, Chairman, President and CEO of Genetic Assays, Inc. Mike has been involved with the molecular diagnostics clinical laboratory industry for 13 years. Prior to joining Genetic Assays, Mike served as General Manager of the Sam’s Club division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Mike received a B.A. from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN in 1989.

Mike is married to the former Jody Noelke of Washington, MO and they have two children, Nicholas and Katelyn. The Mammarelli’s are active in their children’s school and sports, the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and St. Henry Catholic Church in Nashville, TN.

Paul A. Dahlhauser
Mr. Dahlhauser, 40, has served as a director of the Company since its formation in July of 1994 and has served as Vice President of the Company since August of 2000. From December of 1994 until August of 2000, he served as President of the Company. Mr. Dahlhauser serves as the Company's Director of Laboratory Services and its Director of Research. From August of 1992 until June of 1994, Mr. Dahlhauser served as the director and supervisor of PCR technology implementation for Gene Proof Technologies, in Nashville, Tennessee. From June of 1991 until August of 1992, he worked as a research technician for Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Dahlhauser obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in recombinant genetics from Western Kentucky University in 1989 and a Master of Science degree in biology from Bowling Green State University in May of 1992.

Henry R. Hillenmeyer
Henry has served as a director of the Company since January of 2007. With 30 years of experience as CEO, Chairman or President of a variety of companies, Henry is the epitome of leadership. In 1999, Henry was hired by Cooker Restaurant Corporation to save the company. He successfully guided the Cooker through a Chapter 11 reorganization. Prior to Cooker, Henry was Chairman and CEO of SkillSearch Corporation, From 1979 to 1994, Henry held several senior level positions with Southern Hospitality Corporation, including Chairman, President and CEO. He also was President and Director of Ireland's Restaurants, Inc. and Chairman and CEO of CBM, Inc.
